OUR BRAND NEW I.T. SUPERHERO... KILOBYTE KYLE

We were delighted to welcome our new I.T. Technician-Extraordinaire, Kyle, to Tecchie-Towers on Monday, 5th January 2015. To see his mugshot (in a slightly embarrassing photo) please take a look at our January 2015 newsletter.

Kyle has some fantastic experience in the industry… Previous positions have included I.T. support within a school and working as a telephone helpdesk chap solving issues remotely.

We’ve thoroughly grilled him over his first few days and have so far found that he loves living and working in the local area, he enjoys working with a variety of people and likes a good face-to-face chat with customers!

In true tecchie-style, he spends his spare time playing computer games and watching films. He also enjoys taking computers apart.

Whilst his life seemingly revolves around computers (nowt wrong with that, we say), he does have a level-headed approach… when asked what his top computer-related tip was, Kyle’s repsonse was:

“Remember to turn it off every now and then!”

We’re delighted to have Kyle on the team and we hope you all have the pleasure of inviting him to the underside of your desk in the near future.
